Private player support

Help from the right people, without posting your issue in public.

KrispyXI Judge handles private tickets, reports, Alpha applications, project links, and privacy requests inside the KrispyXI Discord.

Choose a route

Start with a slash command.

Run the command in the KrispyXI server and complete the private form Discord opens. Submission bodies are not copied into public channels or staff forum posts.

/ticket

Get private help

Choose the closest support category, then share a player name, optional character, short subject, and the details staff need to investigate.

/report

Report a concern

Send a bug, gameplay issue, player-conduct report, or exploit and security concern. Sensitive categories go only to the senior-review queue.

/apply

Apply for the Alpha

Submit a private application for human review. An application does not automatically create an account or grant a Discord or game role.

/privacy

Review or delete data

Read the bot's retention summary, see your latest request, or open a human-reviewed deletion request with a stable reference.

Keep secrets out of reports

Never submit passwords, authentication codes, bot tokens, database details, private network addresses, or instructions that would help someone reproduce an exploit. Staff can ask for a safer diagnostic if more evidence is needed.

Read-only commands

Updates without the guesswork.

/my-ticketsRecent ticket references and delivery receipts.
/statusPublished support-service status.
/project-statusLatest approved project progress summary.
/patch-notesLatest approved player-facing update summary.
/roadmapCurrent public roadmap.

Current integration boundary

Discord intake is live; the website remains the guide.

Validated ticket envelopes can be leased by the protected Owner launcher and acknowledged after local ingestion. Direct website submissions, website replies, live help-desk status synchronization, automatic account creation, and automatic moderation are not connected.
